-->> As of November 3rd, t2z's presence online officially ended the 10th anniversary stage of the site - - and started on her 11th year !!
The design here is shot, and with a layout that has not been renewed, only tweaked in look .. the design is far outdated and not comprehensive & connected to the multiple web 2.0 formats i'm so involved in & strug over anymore.
Mike was kind to develop a new platform to implement over the summer and a updated layout for t2z to help take Tokka into a new decade of creative chaos.
Sure i'd love to stick around n' play all day - but the real work begins soon here as i slowly start to implement the new design.
Thanks to all my supporters, Fans, Mirage Studios Alumni, friends & surrogate family over the years who have continually encouraged this discouraged schizophrenic snapper to keep hacking away at this screw-ball art "thing" i dare to call a career. Deffly' wouldn't have made it this far without you.
EXTRA Special thanks to Mike of Mikey's TMNT & Stephan of GGM ,R.Stevens & dumbrella for keeping me in check and inline over the years and for giving me an outlet to plug my Turtle Frustrations into, to keep me out of trouble and to help me remember what really matters in all this mutant madness : The Fans !!
2010 has been the hardest year to date - some answers to questions i had to earlier this year regarding my future have vaguely been answered, some problems and mole-hills have turned into mountains and a hurricane of new ones are on the horizon.
Some how - some way .. The Terror Tyke is still here workin the bejusus outta n' usin' all this mania in all sorts of creative ways i didn't ever think possible and putting some of my peers to shame with 1-of-a kind creations !!
Please and thank you for baring with me as i transition the old design to the new one. As usual .. coding and web design is a sluggish headache for me- so please continue to be patient.
Once again .. - THANK YOU ALL !! !!
Now i'm off to go overdose on 3 boxes of Crunchberries and to ward off another nervous breakdown.
Big changes on the way !! !!
Stay Tooned, tOkKolytes !!

" .. .. This Sunday we are having a silent auction at Olde World Bagel to support a local business and friend that is at the brink of having to close his and his father's bagel shop. There are going to be many amazing items auctioned at this event: including paintings and art from Douglas Rouse, Lance Green and Joseph Fernandez to yoga and sculptures, massage, antiques and more. Come and see what community really means.
The beauty and importance of locally owned businesses is the ability to have an array of creative, unique, and diverse places to make this a city with character, choice and freedom. Localizing our economy ensures that money is reinvested into our city and that our community will have a bright and colorful future. Support local businesses and the people that make up the community that you live. ""Once dubbed the ' Andy Warhol ' of the famous "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic" phenom - controversial & local Lowbrow artist "Tokka" has created a brand-new "Raphael Rush" piece specifically for this fund-raising event. Also being donated into the mix will be a signed "Tales of the TMNT" comic to parallel the 12... x 20" wood mounted; multi-media piece.
Tokka is a cult phenom unto himself & internationally recognized for his hybrid designs, illustrations , digital work , visual communicae, and one-of-a kind ; manic art styles. Bringing very specific pop-culture icons to the most bent of extremes, the schizophrenic and monster mind creates a visually exciting , often overwhelming experience to his audiences. This will be your rare chance to obtain a powerful & fun comic piece for your collection - from the eyes of a monster artist who has witnessed TMNT history from near day 1 ! "

The whole endeavor was an important but shoddy first step on my career into the arts and design. But for years the whole online "THING" looked like Homer Simpson himself was my web designer.
Some might say he still is.
However some of the original stories from way back then remain and some have become a little bit of tiny cult-classics, Tokka online one-shots.
Like the t2z - KriB classic : " The Misfit Mouser"
This was as an old comic story-thing i did way back in 2000. The art is horrid but it is how used to draw allot of my cartoons nine years ago so. :/
( Again some would say my style is just as horrid today !! !!
O what a world !! )
One of my most moronic creations ever !!
..and stay tuned for the very end for a very BIG & special surprise !! !!
